No. Kintsugi Protocol is an AI-guided coaching program, not therapy, psychiatry, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. We don't diagnose, treat, or prescribe anything. What we do is help you identify the behavioral patterns you learned in childhood — the ones running your decisions today — and build a concrete plan to change them. How is this different from just talking to ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a general-purpose tool. It will listen, reflect, and give you decent advice — but it has no structure, no memory across sessions, and no destination. Kintsugi Protocol is a purpose-built 7-session coaching arc with a specific methodology: we go from surface behavior to the core belief driving it, track what you discover across every session, and end with a Personal Protocol artifact that's yours to keep. The difference is the difference between a conversation and a transformation.

What is the 10-day container?

The program runs across 10 days, with 7 coaching sessions. Between each session there's an 18-hour integration window — a deliberate pause where your brain processes what surfaced. This isn't a technical limitation. It's how behavioral change actually works: insight needs time to move from conscious awareness into lasting pattern disruption. You can't rush it, and we don't try to.

What is the Personal Protocol?

It's the artifact you build across the program and receive at the end. It names your pattern in your own words, identifies your trigger and body signal, maps where it came from, and defines your new move — what you'll do instead. It's not a summary of what you talked about. It's a precise, actionable document you'll actually use. Most people screenshot it, print it, or keep it somewhere they can see it.

What happens during each session?

Each session is a conversation with your AI coach — text or voice, your choice. Sessions typically run 30–60 minutes. The coach guides the conversation with a specific purpose for each of the 7 days: Day 1 surfaces the pattern, Day 7 locks in your new move. Every session builds on what came before. Your coach remembers everything.

What if I miss a day or need more time?

The 10-day container is a hard commitment — not a suggestion. You have 10 days to complete your 7 sessions. If the container closes before you finish, access ends. This is a deliberate design decision, not a technical limitation. Urgency is what makes transformation happen. Every intensive program that actually works — whether it's a silent retreat, a bootcamp, or an immersion — uses a bounded container for exactly this reason. You have 10 days. Use them.

Will this work if I've already done therapy?

Often better. People who've done therapy tend to have strong self-awareness and vocabulary for their experience — which means they move faster in the coaching arc. Kintsugi Protocol isn't a substitute for therapy and it isn't competing with it. It's a different tool for a different job: structured pattern work with a concrete output.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your session content is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use it only to generate your coaching responses — we don't sell it, share it, or use it to train public AI models. You can request full deletion of your data at any time.

How does the refund policy work?

Complete all 7 sessions. If you do the full work and don't feel it was worth it, email us within 14 days of your Day 7 completion and we'll refund you in full. If you don't complete all 7 sessions, we don't offer refunds — partial use isn't a fair test of the program. We built it this way because we believe anyone who does the work will find it worth every dollar.

What do I need to get started?

A browser and 30–60 minutes for your first session. No app download, no onboarding quiz, no homework before you begin. Pay once, start immediately. Your coach is ready when you are.
